Narrow headed, vertical forehead with pronounced super orbital ridge.
Relatively broad hexagonal face. External epicanthus.
Blonde, light eyes.

I'd actually guess him more as a White American Euro-mutt than as British (or any other kind of Northern European).

In spite of his light features, he looks more like an ambiguous Euro-mutt type to me than someone who is specifically of a Northern European ethnicity.
