Bulgaria should become a monarchy?

I think that at the times Bulgaria was most successful (etc. the Golden century, the Renaissance after the Turkish regime went away, the very first years of the 21st century), it was either a monarchy or ruled by an ex monarch.

Actually Bulgaria was most successful when it was ruled by Khans.

Bulgaria had some golden eras like the "Golden Century" (11th century), Bulgarian Renaissance (better known as the Bulgarian National Revival) and the late 90s/mid 2000s when our economy was bursting (roughly 1998-2006).
