Balkaners is my first guess, but my second guess is Iberians. So, in the interest of differentiating my guess from the first two responses, I hereby formally submit: Iberians.

Two are from Kosovo, two from Greece, and two from Albania.

The clarinet man is a Germanic language speaker.

TWO gypsies. They pass all over subcontinent, but most typical in Gujarat and Rajasthan...
