I don't understand the question. Does it refer to which Russian regions appear in the K13 and K15 datasheets?

If that, as far as I can see in both datasheets there are the same Russian references: Kargopol_Russian, Southwest_Russian and Russian_Smolensk.

There are also a Belorrussian reference and 3 Ukrainian references (Ukrainian, Ukrainian_Lviv and Ukrainian_Belgorod).

And many ethinc minorities you can find also in Russia.
