He can pass only in MENA countries and maybe some S.asian (but even). Don't know from where his algerian side was but he looks SSA influenced.

Yes it's blatant.

But you know there are berber/european mix that turn out 100% euro but I think that these mixes are predominantly from coastal berbers that have already between 15% and 30% european admixture for those who have the most european ancestry (iberian).

I dn't think that's a good method for classyfing. Mixed guys like him can't be classified as anything else than mixed

Mixed, doesn't really look Algerian but not European either. Fits as Mestizo somewhere in America, agreed.
