I would guess him as mixed. That nose is atypical, but also something about the eye area or general shape of face. It could be that he isn't mixed, and just a very exotic looking person, because some Europeans do have features that resemble other races (large lips, asian eyes, etc), but most would assume he is about 1/8 or less SSA.
