Panitalian, could pop up everywhere.... Though it's not very common.... Italian Alpines are hardly dark, I mean they're usually lighter than this man

But he's nothing weird, people like him in southern Europe are not seen as exotic, and if someone from Southern Europe claimed this man is exotic, then he'd be lying
