Classify Turks from Kayseri province (Central-Southern Turkey) and who they resemble more?

What's the main types and where could they fit?

Some notes:
1. This is one of the darkest regions of the country (it's fairly close to Levant) to users who say I only post people from Western Turkey.

2. I avoid pick crowd of little kids and old people, for obvious reasons. So mainly young/adult people.

3. Only good quality crowd/group photos of ordinary people under proper lighting, so no cherrypicking.

They just look Turkish and not particularly dark. Anatolids, Eastern Alpines, Pontids, Iranids with various degree of turanic input.

I mean they look weird for a Turkoman, when I compare an Aegean yorum looking obviously somehow Eurasian. Some of them are too tanned and have Indian vibe.
You should accept that we are a made up nation, it's not a humiliating thing. French is also a made up nation. Our continuum with Turkic people is not so strong averagely.


There are lots of them in urban areas. Perhaps, that East Asian admixture comes from rural Afshar Turkomans. Actually, I saw lots of Afshar Turkomans looking like Indians in Tomarza, Kayseri though. Even our Turkomans look weird. Turkness is smth artificial in the west of Turkmenistan.

Kayseri is still Armenian. I'm from Kayseri originally. Rural Kayseri has Turkoman types, but city centre looks full of anatolid, armenoid Armenian converts probably.
Turkoman can't be good trader historically, Kayseri was known by it's filthy traders because of others. I feel disgusted by it's culture, merchants everything, Comarland/10. They are islamized Armenoid comars.

I meant not only pigmentation, but features. They look way more "West Asian" than Turks from Western and Northern regions. And i see way less "Northern" types among them if compared to other regions. And of course i was speaking only about ethnic Turks.

These are cheery picking. Post workers, craftsmen, shop owners, merchants from Kayseri. It's also a fact that educated class in Turkey looks always more europoid. So, posting students etc doesn't reflect average population.

They pass best in Turkmenistan. Turks seem to be heavily mixed with East Eurasians, epithantic fold is quite common in these photos.
