Top 3 sweet stuff I've made:

Nr 1 is a no-name cake that is chocolate cake with a chocolate curd-cream, fresh red berries and the whole thing has homemade cherry/sour cherry brandy:

Nr 2 is Kouign - Amann, a Breton pastry that is basically a croissant on crack. Not visible but I've also made and drizzled raspberry sauce for that bit of sour:

Nr 3 is a Dutch Baby. The best pancake you'll have, this thing works with any topping and I make it when I want something easy and sweet:

You've made them, good job man! :thumb001:

The best pancake I ever had was in Amsterdam, but a simple flat one.

Can you share your recipe for this?

Thanks :) they're very low effort though:

45g melted butter
60g flour
A spoonful of sugar ( like 20 grams )
Pinch of salt
125ml milk room tep
2 large eggs

Add like 15 g of the melted butter , warm not hot, mix with the eggs and milk , sugar and slat then add the flour until no lumps. If you have an imersion blender then just mix it it all with that, it's really easy.

Crank the oven to 200 and here's the thing: the rest of the butter needs to be melted and in a cast oron skillet like mine. Mine's 24cm so if you have a larger one make 1.5 of the recipe. I don't know if it works with any other sort of pan or skillet.

Leave it in the oven for 20-25 mins until crisp on the edges and done.
