None as they contain too much sugar which leads to diabetes and tooth decay. They also contain caffeine which is bad for the skin, teeth, heart, and hair. Many are acidic and carbonated which are bad for the teeth, and are sold in aluminium which is linked to alzheimers.

Campaigners are urging for dangerous energy drinks to be banned: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5163772/the-energy-drinks-that-contain-up-to-16-teaspoons-of-sugar-as-campaigners-call-for-a-ban-on-them-being-sold-to-under-16s/

Sugar (such as bananas which are high in fructose sugars) causes a short and temporary blood-sugar rush... and then quickly leads to tiredness and lethargy afterwards.

Best drink for your organs, system, body engine, and bloodstream is filtered water.

I usually avoid that stuff, but Red Bull & Jack makes for a good buzz sometimes.

This Danish energy drink. I do not drink often, but is my favourite one by far.

And plastic, the inside of cans contain a plastic film to protect from the aluminum but its not much better.

True, but if you donīt drink it every day it should be no problem.

And, if you don't want to party too hard, or you have some task/engagement the following day, simply water down the wine more.
