Well, technically speaking they are probably mixed-race. Average White South Africans score around 5% of SSA + Indonesian + South Asian (5% of total, not of each), some of them probably score more.

Yeah, they aren't pure whites, but their whiteness is usually not questioned, which is not the case of white Latinos.
