I just sent of for my k36 chromosomal report, when I get my results which chromosome would be the most accurate? I mean which one would be the equal invent to the normal k36 report he does

Im gonna say the first 10 or so chromosomes have more information, so you may wanna favor those when looking at ancestry. Still, you need all your chromosomes to get the overall picture. I like the pca that Lukasz makes for this report, I found that the perimeter of all the outlying chromosomes matched well with the limits of my known, recent ancestry.
