Well!! This update sounds really better than the last.
It removed my 5% british, now I have only 1% Irish/scottish, but it could be probably related/mistaken with other regions (may be Spain or France).

Now it recognize the most of my native american from Argentina & Brazil, while in the last was mostly Central American and Andean which in my opinion was biased.

The only point which I consider ambiguous is that the calculator doesn't recognize my italian DNA which I am sure to have... may be part of my "french" should be consider "italian"... it seems the most reliable... I don't know.
And probably the "North African" comes by my sicilian side...

But in general I feel very satisfied with this update. :thumb001:

I don't know if others had good experiences too.

Congrats :)
This is how I’ve always imagined the average Argentine ancestral breakdown to resemble. (Please correct me if I’m wrong )

The "British" was probably western France. Brittany is very British-like genetically. Congrats. So you're 96% euro, 3% native, and 1% North African? How close is this to Gedmatc, ect

Edit: Math -_-'

How long has your European family been in Latin America?

It's 96% Euro, 1% NA and 3% Native America.
Yes, in Gedmatch It's very similar despite those rare residuals which those calculators show because the system is a little ancient, but in the most modern types in Yourdna Portal match perfectly with this Ancestry. ;)

Oh... my ancestry is around 14/16 recent immigrant and 2/16 colonial.
Most of the family immigrated between 1890 to 1930.

23andMe is a little disappointing. I hope to get tested with Ancestry soon.

23andme indeed made quite rare updates which didn't really improved the results.
For you is simple to test with Ancestry since you are american.
It's not that expensive and It's fast! :D

Do you find unreliable your first results or your updates with 23, friend?

I think the update was pretty good.

Congratulations Bro :)

Regarding your Italian, this last upgrade also greatly underestimated my Italian, which should be higher for having an Italian great grandfather. I also think on this estimate, some of my Italian might be included under my "French" and "Balkan" scores.

This seems to be a frequent complaint. I'm hoping to test my mom soon. It'll be interesting to see how they assess her 25% Italian.
