I can't exactly say what it is, but usually West Asians have distinct facial features despite their skin tone that makes them atypical in the East. Maybe it's the Med admixture, which is very little to nonexistent in the East.

Actually, looking at her again I think I was wrong. She doesn't really have that pedomorphic look that Indians tend to have. I mean she may still pass but atypical. I think she leans more in a Saudi direction.
