Genetically speaking, is it possible to model Amerindian populations by just using modern populations of Europe, Asia, Africa? If possible, what kind of mix will approach to Northern Amerindian genetics?

You can but the fit is very horrible: Here is modelling of Bolivian_Pando and Surui using G25. Its show them as a mix between East Eurasian (using Atayal as they have the lowest ANE affinity) and West Eurasian (using Iberian_Northeast_MLN as they are the purest West Eurasian without ANE, SSA or anything else)

"sample": "Bolivian_Pando:Average",
"fit": 50.6328,
"Atayal": 65.83,
"Iberia_Northeast_MLN": 34.17,

"sample": "Karitiana:Average",
"fit": 59.2341,
"Atayal": 74.17,
"Iberia_Northeast_MLN": 25.83,

Now compare to using Surui (an Amazon tribe), Peru_Lauricocha_3600 (ancient Andean sample) and Spanish Aragon (use this instead of Iberian NE_MLN as it would not be reasonable to use an ancient pop to estimate their recent Euro admix). This is to see how much Amerindian and Euro each group have.

As it can be seen Karitiana is 100% Native and 0% Euro (mostly Surui+Peru_Lauricocha) and Bolivian_Pando has around 87.5% Native and 12.5% Euro ancestry.

"sample": "Bolivian_Pando:Average",
"fit": 2.0487,
"PER_Lauricocha_3500BP": 68.33,
"Surui": 19.17,
"Spanish_Aragon": 12.5,

"sample": "Karitiana:Average",
"fit": 1.339,
"Surui": 85.83,
"PER_Lauricocha_3500BP": 14.17,
"Spanish_Aragon": 0,
