You're very misinformed about Krasnodar. The place was run by Kuban Cossacks for last 200 years. We only accept presence of Adyghe (Muslims native to the area), Armenians and Pontic Greeks. Well and any Russians obviously. Any Muslims, even if from other parts of Caucasus, have no chance of settling there in numbers. Actually Adyghe will be first to tell other Muslims off. Especially Turks, one must be insane to suppose Krasnodar have any living in the area.

There was a period of time when infrastructure in Chechnya was in ruins and even car service wasn't available, they had to go elsewhere to service expensive foreign cars.
