I disagree. Many people of the most african nations cant pass in places of very few african admixture. Most dominicans, panamanians and lots of puerto ricans and brazilians cant pass in Mexico, Chile, Paraguay and Costa Rica. Also, most mexican mestizos and salvadorans cant pass as argentinian mestizos because Argentina lacks of margid phenotypes or so. The girl of the post can pass as uncommon spaniard/portuguese so she can pass as white latina in most latin american countries. In the same way its too hard for andeans to pass outside the Andes.
