Well yes, that's been the case for years now. That said, I still think that Britain has far fewer extreme cases of morbid obesity than the US has.

Fitness culture is an extreme form of subculture in the USA and barely 1% of the population even have six packs. You're still king fat fucks.

You know in Britain they have a huge amount of what yanks call "small fats" in that they are technically obese, but not 500 lbs of freedom obese. They have a lot of fat people but not that many humongous ones.
