I don't think so. Coon's example has a shorter nose and a more round face.

To me, the girl in this thread does not look like a typical Khanty, because she is not eurymorphic enough. The typical Khanty looks more like this girl:

The photos above published by Museovirasto were taken by U.T. Sirelius between 1898 and 1900. They might not be representative of average Khanty, because the ABF user Evi (who is half Khanty) said that Sirelius avoided taking photos of Khanty who looked white, because he thought that they were mixed. I don't know where Evi heard it, but she was the biggest Khanty expert on ABF, and her mom is a Khanty folklorist.

Modern Khanty no longer probably have such wide faces, but here the Khanty morphs ended up having an extremely wide face:
