I think he is Norid. Bell Beaker to an insane extent. Like Eddie Marsan, he definitely gives off a pseudo-continental vibe or pseudo-Balkan vibe. Also... he will always be THE Doctor to me.

More similar to Colin Hay I'd say. Same skull shape like the KN example from coon.
And I agree, he was good as The Doctor.
