What's the reason for sloaping and elongated skulls of many Jews, Greeks and Sardinians?

Dolichocephal -elongated skulls are probably the "default" or close to it homo sapiens skull and they exist in all races ,nothing in common with these weird extremely sloped with flat occiput jewish ones that some call "neanderthaloid".

Egyptian tend to have skulls like this i think, not other Africans. Almost like some MENA- admixture contributed to the shape like this.

Egyptians have all kinds of admixture...If you're talking about skulls similar to the jewish ones posted on the other thread yes they come from mena admixture,different to dolichocephals.
