Polish team has more homogenous looks than Russian one. In Russian team there are North Pontid, Pontid and Baltid elements from ethnic Russians, Armenoid and Mtebid in guys who are probably from Caucasus and the last one is obviously mixed. In Polish team I see mostly North Pontid, West Baltid and Norid elements. Btw hilarious pic of Lewandowski:bowlol:

When we compare the pigmentation of the players of both teams, it is clear that the Russians are much darker pigmented.
Hair pigmentation.
Only two footballers from Russia have hair color that can be included in a wide spectrum of light hair.
The Polish team has nine players whose hair can be included in the spectrum of light hair.
Eye pigmentation.
There is only three players with light eyes in the Russian team.
There are ten players with light eyes in the Polish team.
This is a huge difference in pigmentation between two teams.
The pigmentation of Russian players is more suited to players from southern Europe.
Polish players have typical North European pigmentation: a huge dominance of light eyes and hair.

Russian team = more Pontic guys

Polish team = more Nordic

But overall people from both squads have very similiar facial features. Both are typical East Euros (except few MENA men in Russian team)
