Not to western Slavs or to each other, or to Austrians. And Croats are closest to them. These three populations form southern Austro-Hungarian cluster (Alps-Adria-Panonnia).

Bosnians are more Balkan, despite they are also closest to Croats (southern Croats cluster with them in particular). They are naturally closer to Montenegrins/Serbs than to Slovenians and Hungarians.
