I haven't seen many folks like him here. And I mean in frequency. There are many people like him, but they're not the stereotypical Atlanto-Med or Pontid.

Then he's quite common. I think the fact he tans a lot affects his looks.

I'm passing this, becuase when Im not sure Im not passing etc, thats why I just "rated" his looks :P Btw he very much reminds me Mario Cimarro, check him out.

Eyebrows can be thick on any subrace. His eyes are normal, just deep set, seen from profile pics. And his lips are normal. Like pic related:

Lips are okay, you have varietes of eyebrows in Europe even thicker.

Nothing Atlanto, imo. His nose, eyes and lips look very Middle Eastern.
Greece has both Atlanto-Meds and East Meds but this guy falls into the latter category.

His lips aren't thick or Middle Eastern looking. His eyes are
just deep set. And his nose is just a bit crooked, just a bit. I think it's only his pigmentation. In pics like this (I've quoted already 4 times in this thread, it gets tiresome):

He doesn't look East Med. That's because his pigmentation is normal (even though he still has a tan). More like Atlanto-Med. I at first thought too, like you, that nothing Atlanto-Med exists on him. But his height, face length and characteristics don't show that. It's only his pigmentation. That's what I think.
