I already know that Borrebies are very abundant in Northwestern European but the main purpose of this thread is to know whether ethnicity changing being passable in a certain region or not.

Yes, he does, but looks more Central European to me.

Borrebies in places like Scandinavia are generally mixed with Nordid types.
