Med? He has blue eyes and a wide Baltid face. His eye shape is also clearly Baltid, the dark hair comes from the Dinarid.

Meds can be blue eyed and he has no baltid face, baltids have round face unlike him. This is baltid:

That's the Dinarid narrowing the Baltid face... Dinarids are not only a nose :picard1:.

And blue eyes are a Nordic feature, Meds with blue eyes are not pure Meds.
