POLIO update: Pakistan, Angola and the Philippines

In a follow-up to a video done in October https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9fLD... (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9fLDdgc8Rc&list=PLDYx_Z0lk3DEdFBR1NSsg_gnCEp1SxMbx) , I take a look at the current polio situation--both wild poliovirus and circulating vaccine-derived polioviruses. While I look at the whole global picture, I focus on three countries--Pakistan, Angola and the Philippines.

In Pakistan it is clerics to be blamed, some clerics have issued "fatwa" that polio vaccines are used to sterile people to control the birth rate and controlling birth rate of muslims is haram.

I am more worried about the Philippines outbreak because the outbreak is in my better half family's area. The country already had a bad year with a massive dengue outbreak around August.
