Like a Latina, imo. Not that I know much about them but, I'd say more African mixed Latina. Trying to think of a name but, none really comes to mind, just a generic image, dancing and singing with "attitude".

As black? No, I don't think anyone would consider her black. Even as an admixture, I think she'd be seen as something different. The "black" is more a modification of some other input in her makeup, if you see what I'm saying.
