Komi stronk on some exemplars, they look like a mix of their neighbours, I don't see any Germanic influence tho, do you?

Nope. Very good observation :)

A lot of them are racially Baltid and Nordic. No differently from their North-Eastern European cousins.

Look Russians. 25.2% of the population of Latvia are Russian.

I see here Baltid, East Baltid, Nordic, East Nordic, Pontid, CM and Norid elements in these groups. Though we can't be sure how many of those students are Latvian(big Russian minority etc)

Latvia and Estonia have a lot of Russians there(they're more than 25% of the populations), and Lithuania has significant Slavic minority groups like Poles, Russians and so on.

Because most likely all of them are Russians. I don't see the difference too.

They're ethnically different, but genetically speaking, they're pretty similar for the most part.

Latvian showman Valdis Pelsh looks distinct from Russians. He showed haplogroup N1c in DNA test.

No big jawlines like Russians often have.

Baltic seems the primary type, Nordic secondary.
