I don't think the last guy looks extremely slavic.
He could pass for East German or Austrian too

He looks Slavic. But, He could look Germanic too.
He kind of looks like a mix of Slavic & Germanic features.

That would produce West Slavic look, right ? :p
This is his brother (http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26979) and I think his brother look more far Polish/Slavic than him.

I have seen a quite a few Germans look like him.

Somewhat, but this one is more Dinarid.

Surely, they could pass as German (Eastern, to be precise), but their look is more common in Polonia, at least in my areas. They doesn't strike me German looking, but Slavic. I think the first one look more Slavic than last one, but again, the last one do look Slavic.
