The area where the overlap with "Iberia" is somewhat important :

In my area there is a lot and a lot of blondism and light eyes so what you said isn't correct. Only Southwest and to a lesser extent Southeastern France overlap easily with Iberians.

80% of Spaniards pass in France.

No. People from my area pass a loooooot better (and way ahead) in Central Europe and even East Europe than in Iberia. Norid, Subnordids, pure Alpine types something that Iberia doesn't have.

+ most of spaniards can be generally spotted in other regions than southwest France

I'm talking about Genetics not physical anthropology. Yes, they are. There was a recent paper published which showed that France can be broken in to four genetic regions, one of which is very similar to N. Spain. The other three are close to N. Italy, Germany, and England. You can guess at which parts are closest to which.
