Most of. I haven't read Judges and Numbers though (I should do it)
I have read all the Torah, all the prophetic books, Ecclesiastes, Psalms, Proverbs...
With the entirety of the New Testament as well.

The Bible can have 1500 pages so yeah it's quite an achievement, you have to do that very progressively, personally I read one chapter a day or even more.

Crassus? Is that you?

Very cool, man.
I think it likely that I will at least read a meaningful portion of it before I expire.

But I doubt that I will ever read it in it's entirety.
My hat's formally off to you.

Even if you aren't a christian the Bible inspired lot of books, paintings, architecture, politics... It's one of the founding books of the Occident civilization with also Homer (Illiad and Odyssey).
You can't understand really Catholic Chutch without that knowledge neither the protestant Reform.

Romances Sans Paroles is Verlaine's best, but Sagesse is probably my favorite.

I wanted to read it, but I didn't find a version translated into Romanian on the internet, I don't think it exists (at least, when I searched, a long time ago), instead I read the Old Testament. Is there any difference? Are words changed? Is there a difference in translation? I'm really curious
