Probably not Italian but I am not sure. I have similar results. My K36 11.5% and DNALand has 18% Italian. I even have a distinctive Italian sub hablogroup according to Morley DNA. R1b-L23 > S47... I get Sicilian results in most of the calculator under 2-3-4 population..
I am actually curios as well but I do not think anybody could actually tell more details. I have seen couple Turks and their Italian results are similar to us.
