They look distinctly, well, Balkan.

They are from every corner of Moldova region, some are from other Romanian regions too, since this city is a big university center. In terms of hair color and facial features they look indeed more Balkan.

Well, this fits their genetics, since all of them are from different places from Moldova region, plenty of them will be even more southern than Serbs from Serbia.

These ones for example are from Suceava (Bukovina), very close to Ukraine, and they really look like a group of students from Serbia or Bosnia.

Even without this contrast they still look the same on other pictures, mostly dark haired individuals with mostly 2-3 skin type, roundish faces, with some occasional exotic wog-ish types between them, who can be Gypos or something else.
