At 12 markers I also have Italy at 27 I have a whole list of countries and at 37 markers I have Bosnia and Herzegowina. I just posted the 37 marker match because thats the closest and most refined of them all. I think the higher markers you test the more refined it is.

67 mean anything?

I believe that could mean something with a very low genetic distance but chances are you'll get 0 results anyway. 67 would be to good explore a low 37 further.
Best thing to do for Y is if you can't afford big-Y is to join a group for your Y and ask the most economic way to test snp's downstream.
There was no need to upgrade to 67 if you have no 37 matches. You need to join various E projects on the ftdna website now and ask admins about your specific markers

It requires swabbing, for the Y-DNA. Even the useless upgrade I just purchased will require me to swab again.

Either way it's fine. One day you will have closer matches just be patient. Log on to ftdna, click on myprojects, then join a project. Then check the project to see if you have matches, some can have more markers than you as well and you might get a subclade that way.

Really odd to have only one match on 12 markers. I have several pages of them, and four matches on 37 markers.
Your branch must have been a really isolated one.

Technically we "match" all people within our clade back to the MRCA anyways. I am not sure what value Y12 matches hold compared to SNP matching. I have Y12 matches that are Z280 or even R1*. So technically, unless the Y12 match is your clade, they are not as close as everyone carrying your SNP. So a E-V13 who has a E1b* y12 match that is negative for V13 is still closer to all the other V13, whether he received them as a match with a closer distance level or not.
I have no Y37/67/111 matches myself(likely due to a founder effect). That could be the case for others in similar scenarios. My Closest and furthest Y12 are as follows:
Hume - British Isles - genetic distance 0 - R-M173
Contreras - Spain - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
Domsic - Croatia - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
(2)Bass - United States, Colorado - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
Vass - Menijhert, Hungary - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
Vetter - Germany - genetic distance 1 - R-L1029
Yambarske - West Prussia/Poland - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
Baxter - likely USA or British Isles - genetic distance 1 - R-Z92
Kniewel - Germany - genetic distance 1 - R-L1029
Shanner - Yorkshire, England - genetic distance 1 - R-YP445
Kalis - Germany - genetic distance 1 - R-L1029
Graff - Baretswil, Switzerland - genetic distance 1 - R-L1029
Drobyshevsky - Belarus - genetic distance 1 - R-M198
Lewonow - SE Belarus - genetic distance 1 - R-Y18348
Hamata - Germany - genetic distance 1 - R-YP1136

Just talked to one of the admins he said that it’s not a waste of money that I ordered y-67
If I want to figure out my subclade. There isn’t enough STRs to figure it out from 37.
If you guys have yours you can use this website to predict your subclade.

No. You can buy any package you want independently. If I was to do this again I’d just save up for the Big Y package. So I’m not tempted to keep upgrading which is going to prob cost more

Makes sense, it’s just a predictor so it’s not totally accurate. But that’s the only thing they suggested for me. How many STRs did you test to?

I wondered because I don't see Y-67 available on FTDNA. Only Y-37, Y-111 and Big Y. That made me think that they had retired the test.

37, that might the reason why it was wrong though. Maybe with 67 it will be more accurate like the admin said. I upgraded to Big Y after,

Got my y-67 results back and guess what they revealed? That I am E-V13. Fucking useless piece of crap. They shouldn't even market anything but the big Y because anything below that is useless. I can't even figure out my subclade of E-V13.

did you try Nevgen?
str tests are meant for checking your distance in generations to other people in the database. you can only predict the haplogroup from them. i could've told you that.
e or e-v13 project admins should also be able to predict a deeper subclade for you

Had the same problem (different haplogroup). basically y12-24?-36 all the same result. even 23andme gives more accurate clade.
You might have to order some subclade package but anyway, ive wasted enough money on that crap.

Yeah I used Nevgen. That's where I got E-V13. On FTDNA website the prediction remains E-M35.
I asked the mods but all they said was the best thing you can do is use Nevgen to predict the deeper subclade. I'll ask them again now that I got my Y-67.
I just want to figure out my subclade because my matches make no sense. No matches in Balkans, only in Italy and Germany.

For some people Y67 works out, for some people it doesn't. I belong to the latter. I eventually ended in ordering Big Y test.
However, some people get more matches (or get their first meaningful match) after upgrading from Y37 to Y67. I have even seen cases of people that had no Y37 match and after an upgrade to Y67 got their first match/matches that later turned out to go 600-1300 years back.
No one knows that until results are ready, so there is no point in blaming yourself. Maybe thanks to the Y67 someone will pop up in the future.
