No way in hell. As far as white Hollywood celebs go, Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Barbra Streisand, Sandra Bullock and maybe even Sally Field can pass atypically (except Bullock, who can pass typically actually). Winslet is too English/NW European looking.

That said, if you 'darken' Winslet (give her an olive skin with brown eyes), she would pass as a typical. Her large eyes and roundish face are not foreign features for us. My sister has her roundish features with big eyes, only that she is very Med looking in comparison. This is an Assyrian woman who sort of has Winslet's physique and round facial features:

Taxonomy isn't completely bullshit. There is a physical difference between a Mediterranean, a Nordic and an Arabid. However, there are BS 'overkill' terms like Taurid, Anatolid, Asiatic Alpine, African Alpine, Subnordid, Canarid, Carpathid, etc, that shouldn't even be used and are very unnecessary (granted, I've used them a couple of times but oh well).
