I think that she has Jewish roots (mixed with Slavs). How often is this type found among Poles?

I have no idea how common it is in Poland, but there are a lot of immigrated Poles where I live who have a similar pontid look.

I think this is fake surname. Typical behavior of instawhore.
I think she uses fake surnames to not be found by friends from the university or relatives
