There is a Finn in Troe that reminds him.

the usual Borreby- Nordic/Noric mxiture, if you keep it basic and dont use inveted types. East Baltid is Borreby with Ladogan admixture, which i dont see in him.
he is Noric admixed rather than Nordic, so he is a Dutch Bell Beaker type
