Is he typical Iberian face?

I posted his as example of typical dark haired German with recognizable German face, but Romanian member claims he looks much more Iberian/Spanish/Basque than German.
Iberian members, your opinion?

Loooks northern spanish, Catalan separatist leader looks similar, easy to find face among iberians, nothing 'brutal german', as you say, about Joachim Low.

No, because he is planocipital. Anthropologists note the high dolichocephaly of Iberians( with exception of Basques). He also have the nordic fold, a cleft wide chin and sort of thin lips.
These features add a Germanic vibe to him. I know Iberians can have these features but would not say that he would be so "typical" among them.

A pan-Iberian look would be more like Mariano Rajoy, or Pedro Sanchez.

Alpine+Dinarid is not uncommon in Spain, but it is not uncommon anywhere in Europe
The thing that makes him not-Iberian is his eye shape, which is Germano-Slavic/Austrian, and not common in Iberia
