They do look similar, but Badgley is ∞ times hotter and his features are more chiseled. I am also under the impression that Badgley is significantly taller than Franco, or at least he looks it.

I think the closest celebrity match I've ever seen is Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry.. and I thought I couldn't tell the two guys in this thread apart.. those two women are like identical twins!

Penn Badgley looks like e-celebrity Connor Murphy, Faelid-Med + SSA/Pontid admix. Kind of hard to judge the origin of this type of eyes; Martin Shrkeli has similar eyes, but he seems to be of full Albanian/European descent. Could be a Pontid aswell as a SSA admixed feature.

He is (Allegedly, however not confirmed) 1/32 SSA, thats around 3%, around that level it generally has no impact on phenotype, its not impossible per se, but extremely unlikely.

I personally dont see any SSA features.
