She is ethnically Buryat ( Mongolic speaking people) but her phenotype reminds me some Arctic tribes ( like Samoyeds etc).

Actually this girl's face is pretty ideal, because she has high bizygomatic width, low facial index, high forward growth, very low root and bridge of the nose, and wide root of the nose. She might still look cute if she was born in an earlier era, or if she was more isolated from the outside world.

If you imagine drawing a triangle between the center of each eye and the center of the mouth, that triangle is approximately equilateral in the case of the girl in this thread, but it is longer in the case of everyone or almost everyone in this image:

The shape of that triangle is actually longer in Asians than whites, but it's partially because Asians have higher eyes and shorter foreheads than whites. A short shape of that triangle is something I associate with Saami and Nenetses.

In Karin Mark's data set (https://antropologia-fizyczna.pl/statystyki-krajow-regionow-populacji/europa/ludy-ugrofinskie-antropologia-fizyczna), Saami had the lowest facial index (80.8), followed by Kola Peninsula Komi (81.1), Northeast Finns (82.0) and Mansi (84.4). Samoyedic peoples were not included in the data set.

Humanphenotypes.net also says that euryprosopic faces (FI<83) are found in Lapland (http://humanphenotypes.net/metrics/facialindex.html).
