Albanians are around 30% Slavic on average, so seeing Slav phenotypes among them isn't suprising at all just like seeing Paleo Balkan phenos among South Slavs isn't either.
She still has Albanian traits, looks like Slavic shifted Albanian rather than east Slavic.

Agree - if Albanians are SE Europeans then she is not one of them. She clearly has west slavic lineage somewhere down the line.

You either need the mediterannean or Atlantid facade for SE European and she has none of that. imo.

I found some pics of the OP girl before 18 and i think she is natural, she just uses a lot of makeup.

Every damn social media girl in the west has a face full of fillers and injections now, it's tragic. Fortunately (for them) it's not permanent. Just a horrible fad.
