The second from the right in the back row looks the best. She has clearly the highest canthal tilt. She also seems to have the biggest cheekbones. (Often people with large cheekbones also have high canthal tilt, and vice versa.) She looks like she has the lowest root of the nose, so that the dent of her nasion looks the deepest.

She has low interpupillary distance relative to bizygomatic width, so there is a long distance between the outer corners of the eyes and the side of the face.

She fits the type which is called East Baltid on these forums, but which is actually a more extreme NEE type like sub-Uralid/Ladogan/Lappid/sub-Lappid/Vyatka-Kama/Volgid/Mittel-Wolga.

Even though Saami are genetically and geographically the northernmost Europid population, there are even Saami who have a similar look, like the girl on the right in the photo below. She has high upper eyelid exposure, negative canthal tilt, dark areas around the eyes, and a long downturned nose. Compared to the other two girls, she also has a more elongated face, smaller cheekbones, lower maxillary prognathism, and thinner lips.

Actually you're probably right. It's not like there are that many girls around the same age who look South Asian who post photos in traditional Udmurt clothes. It's the opposite. With normally open eyes the eyelids are not visible, when you open your eyes wide, the eyelids become visible. That girl has normally open eyes.

I think this Udmurt girl just has naturally high palpebral fissure height.

Out of different factors that are associated with chinky eyes, I have found that canthal tilt and upper eyelid exposure are good predictors of overal attractiveness. However palpebral fissure height is not. There are people like that Udmurt girl who have good eye shape even though they have high palpebral fissure height. But almost no-one with clearly negative canthal tilt has good eye shape.
