Do really Albanians, usually, have wide mandible?

I have noticed that actually Albanians especially in the north have wider mandible than all Europeans and to an extent almost all Asians. Is it a rule among Albanians or it is natural selection of the majority? Here is a pic of Laberians:

How come other indigenous Balkan peoples lack this?
