All right now, I'm R but welcome I and N haplogroups in my society. I'm not interested in J, G or H, but have nothing against them. Totally don't want E around, as a harbinger of A and B. Have no opinion on Q really.

Feels bad man

Introduced agriculture and sedentary lifestyle to Europe = irrelevant

I talked to a Russian who is J1. Half Northern Russian, half Southern Russian. Autosomally - zero Woggistani. He even fucking bought a Big Y but still didn't get a satisfactory answer. They just said it's related to the Avar people of Dagestan. But he has no Avar ancestry at all, all traceable ancestry is Northern Russian on the paternal side.

J existed in a Karelian Eastern hunter gatherer sample

In the 2018 paper about Eastern Siberia they estimate 7 percent CHG admixture in EHG. Could the source of J in Karelian HG

What did haplogroup E introduce

Probably Bronze tho I am not certain. All E is ultimately derived from Paleolithic and mesolithic Northern Africans

Ossetia (it's part of the Russian Federation but they are a distinct Iranic-speaking ethnic group, mostly Orthodox and pagan, not Muslim)

Over 60% G2a.Yes, but they don't constitute a nation-state, nor are they based outside the Caucasus.
