Majority of Terekemes in Turkey aroudd 4-8% eastasian/siberian and plot with Anatolian Turks or Azerbaijanis. This one seems to be an outliner.

That was my suspicion anyways. Because they look like regular Azerbaijanis. Can you provide some results though?

Yeah in terms of lifestyle. But Yörük results I have seen were very western/anatolian influenced genetically. Terekeme and Shahsevan will be more Caucasus and Iranian influenced.

I agree.
Many of them also claim patrial eastern Anatolian ancestry and historically that would make sense since eastern Anatolia was a to an extent a disputed region and Ottoman influence was not never complete. Nomads from Iran encroached into that region constantly. The same can be said of Iraq for different reasons, even though it became part of the Ottoman Empire after the death of the Shah Abbas and remained so until the British, but Iranian influence was always present. It was not never totally controlled by the Ottomans.

About Iranian influence: I read many times about Kurdish and Lur tribes, resettled and assimilated by Azerbaijanis. Did other Iranics (in Safavid, Afsharid, Qajar and Pahlavi times) settled in Iranian Azerbaijan and adjacent territories (Hamadan, Zanjan etc)?

Are you asking if Kurds and Lurs were moved to Azerbaijan and became Azeris?
Hamadan is presently 75% Persian and 25% Azeri. It was the capital of Seljuks from 1118 A.D. to 1194 A.D.

I think rather the opposite. A lot of Azerbaijanis were moved to all parts of Iran under Qajar rule (even prior to it).
