Probably them and Colombians. On a genetic level, Puerto Rico wins, since it's like Brazil: pred-Euro triracial and more African than Amerindian, while Colombia and Venezuela are more mestizo shifted.

The Venezuelans immigrants in Brazil blend in easily here on a phenotypical level (but they have a stronger Amerindian strain than the average Brazilian pardo) and also easily assimilate here on a cultural basis (despite some Brazilians thinking we're too culturally distant from our Hermanos).
