Mainland chromosomes goes as far as the Islands but don't go into Anatolia. Basically our chromosmes are all from continental Europe with 1-5% "noise". Those with high east med are Greek refugees of 100 years ago.

Greeks can score relativly high East Med but no Greek is the same with proper Lebanese

Greeks can be rather compared with South Italians and Sicilians with whom they are much closer than with Lebanese

The East Med Greeks can score is also about as high as that of South Italians/Sicilians and not more

Its rather Sicilians who have slightly higher East Med than Greeks than the other way around
and even Sicilians have still quite different results than real Lebos

The closest Greek people to Lebanese would indeed be Cypriots
