His father was an emigré from Russia, but I think Fyssoun isn't a surname for ethnic Russians. His surname in Turkish is translated as "charm". Didn't find anything from Russia apart from the Greeks living in Russia until 1989.

Well, the areas in which Fisun is prevalent in the areas where Greeks inhabit. Especially around Donetsk, which is the oblast with the highest concentration of Greeks in Ukraine.

I didn't say all of them are Greek. I just said the prevalence of the surname is corresponding to the areas of high concentration of Greeks in Ukraine.

When older, he looked somehow Greek. I still maintain his "Ukrainian" side is Greek from Ukraine. We are now learning in history about immigration waves of Greeks during the early 20th century until 1923. About 70k Greeks immigrated from Russia in Greece back then. His father might be one of them. I'm just guessing.
