I must say so far this is the most accurate results I got.

Still unsure on why I score so much French. Some of it is real but most I believe is misread Italian and Iberian.

I'd like to mention that 1 great-grandmother was half-brazilian so the 5% Portuguese makes total sense.

Considering than in the past AncestryDNA gave me scandinavian, ashkenazi and south asian this is a much clean and concrete result that match my known heritage.

It's like a smooth gradient from Italy out to the North West, with the exception of your Middle East component.

Congrats! :)

Nice upgrade. Congratulations!

By the way, I also score high French on this last update, though not as high as you (23%)

Thanks. When you click on the "French" category to see what zones are concidered you see all north Italy is included too. Strangely Iberia is not included, but I still think Iberian was also absorbed into French, besides the Italian. That would explain why you score high French as well.

Yeah, I think some of my Iberian and Italian went absorbed into French. Is not coincidence that my Italian, and also my Iberian, went down dramatically on this last update.

So you are only 1% percent amerindian? And fully Uruguayan?

There are lots of full or nearly full Euro Uruguayans. Any person with some minimum knowledge knows it.

Yes, 100% uruguayan just like my 4 grandparents. Uruguayans don't usually score much amerindian.

I score 0% French on Ancestry, yet on 23andMe I'm 19.8% French & German. About 1/5th on paper as well.

Interesting Annie what is the largest amerindian amount a fully Uruguayan can have? What i mean i mean full that doesn't have Argentina or Brazil roots?

I made a thread about your people to know more about their genetics across the country.

If you know what your paper trail is, trust the result that resambles more to it.
